requirement is to make the function to register call directory. Our App is some kinds of VOIP app like TextNow. Our users can received the call/make the call. Also there are several customizers for each user. If the customer makes the call to the user, the user can received the call. But the callerid says "undefined" Fortunately we are able to create our own directory to provide the match. When a phone receives an incoming call, the system first consults the user’s contacts to find a matching phone number. If no match is found, the system then consults your app’s Call Directory extension to find a matching entry to identify the phone number. This is useful for applications that maintain a contact list for a user that’s separate from the system contacts, such as a social network, or for identifying incoming calls that may be initiated from within the app, such as for customer service support or a delivery notification. Make sense? So we need to create the function to register caller for specified phone number. But not functional working. It means like it is old or Object C package was updated. [login to view URL] It's the flutter way which also handled by Object C and all comments said it's working. So the task is just update the IOS part of the react-native-callerid package based on the above reference.
