Write some Software

If you are not an expert on WebGL do not waste your time on this project. I will provide you with the script of the globe that is in WebGL. The globe will also have numerous colorful beacons on the globe. This is what i want: 1) i need to be able to place/ hover my mouse over the colorful beacons and the colorful beacon will grow larger in size to indicate that my mouse is over it. 2) If i "click" with my mouse on any one of the colorful beacons a map tag should appear from the colorful beacon. Basically i want you with [login to view URL] to add listener to the beacons. I am attaching a picture of the style tag which i want you to make. I want the tag to be functional, to demonstrate that it is a functional tag, i want you to place a fake picture and personal info. inside the tag. Each beacon represents a different person, so the tags will have different names of people and pictures. I should be able to click on any beacon and a pop up tag will appear. The tag should have the word "More" on the corner like you see it in the attached picture. This should be functional. There should also be an "X" mark on the tag so i can close the tag. 3) there is a the word "More" on the tag. If i click on the word More, i want a 2nd pop up to appear on the left of the screen with sliding bar. I want it to be functional so i can enter info. which it would display. I want you to put sample info. to demonstrate that it works. You must be able to show me sample of your work in Webgl. Once am convinced you can do it, i will forward to you the script to the globe.
