Batch Text from Images Project - OCR

I would like to create some program or app that can pull the text from a set of images and create a CSV file or sync it to a Google Sheet. I have included some examples of photos, although there would be more as well. Ideally, this would be an app that could be used on my phone (only for myself) so that it could scan images similar to those included, and automatically log the text. The next best thing would be some sort of application or script, where I could set the directory of photos, and it would process them in a batch and create a CSV with all of the information. This photo is of the back of an iPad, but it could also be different, but similar, devices (like an iPhone for example).
