My questions: 1) What version of Oracle Database software had used for the dump creation? 2) What version of Oracle Database software used on target database? 3) Is it full dump or just several schemas/tables? 4) Which what character set (NLS_LANG) dump was exported? 5) What characterset of target database? 6) Do you have access to the server, where target database is running? 7) What size of the dump file?
