We have 2 design patents as well as filed a utility application for a device we invented.

All 3 were filed in Australia with main ownership rights associated to a USA based Corporation.

Since design patents only have a 6 month window, we are now looking at filing in different countries.

We want to first file under the Hague Agreement in various countries and also seeking to file in China, India, Indonesia, Singapore, Pakistan, Brazil, Nigeria, Russia, Bangladesh, Mexico, Philippines and maybe Egypt..

We therefore need attorneys that are present in these locations and can file the 2 design patents.
