Hi there!
I have written up 8 tech patents. 4 of which are my own. I am not too familiar with AI, but with your input, I can assist you to get to the right content. And, more critically, to nail the IP. There is a process. The writing up takes a certain format.
In addition, I will save you a substantial amount of money in getting the first round of registration processes. The process is this:
Phase 1: Initial and provisional registration. (Duration of protection: 12 months in 154 countries). Cost in UK or EU: £3,500 - £4,500 My lawyer: £850.
Phase 2: PCT phase: Duration of protection: additional 18 months. Cost: £3,500 - £4,500. My lawyer: £850
Phase 3: National phase: 30 months after initial registration. Cost: For +- 14 countries: £85,000-£100,000.
I can assist you to get phase 1 at +- £850.00 in a jurisdiction with very good patent lawyers and a favourable exchange rate. Your savings on Phase 1 alone will be +- £2,665 - £3,650. You will likely have the same savings again in phase 2 at the PCT stage. So, in the first 2 stages, I will save you +- £5,333
My fees and service reflect this value-add. I have assisted or registered patents in EU, UK and South Africa. I have a very good relationship with a top patent lawyer there who has a large firm that is older than 35 years and a range of specialist patent lawyers in IT, Engineering & Bio-Tech.
