It will be more expensive than you think to have a custom SMD PCB made. Your cheapest solution is to make a simple base board and mount all of the breakout boards on it. It will eliminate all the wires and it's something you could handsolder yourself. If you are only using the ADC to measure the battery voltage; why don't you use the nano ADC and eliminate the ADC breakout.? The SAMD21 has an ADC with 12 bit resolution which is more than enough to monitor a battery. Regards, Jim
