Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, live chat, and emails in a prompt and friendly manner
- Respond to customers' inquiries, complaints, and concerns to provide resolution and maintain customer satisfaction
- Manage social media channels and respond to customers' queries, concerns, and feedback
- Process orders and returns in an accurate and timely manner
- Continuously improve customer support by collecting and analyzing customer feedback and utilizing solutions to improve processes and services
- Keep up-to-date with new nail products and services and provide customers with recommendations and aftercare guidance
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the beauty industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of social media and ability to navigate various digital platforms
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
