Busco colaboradores freelance que sepan manejar excel y photoshop, ambos nivel básico, para cargar catálogos de marcas de mobiliario. Se trata de un trabajo sencillo y metódico, pero que requiere de una persona analítica y cuidadosa con el detalle. Se deberá rellenar el EXCEL adjunto siguiendo las siguientes instrucciones: - Sólo tendréis que rellenar la primera pestaña del Excel que se titula “FICHA DE PRODUCTO”. Las demás NO hacen falta. - Las columnas “TIPO DE MUEBLE” , ”MARCA” y “DISEÑADOR” son autorrellenables. - Las columnas “NOMBRE PRODUCTO” , “PRECIO” y “DESCRIPCIÓN” debéis rellenarlas siguiendo los siguientes criterios: o Los precios irán con IVA o Indicar en la descripción las medidas, acabados, facilidades de pago e información que consideréis relevante sobre la pieza en cuestión. En cuanto a las IMÁGENES de cada producto: - Deberán ir adjuntadas en carpetas separadas del Excel (una carpeta por cada producto). - El nombre de cada carpeta debe coincidir con la casilla “NOMBRE PRODUCTO” del Excel anterior. - Todas las fotos deberán nombrarse de la siguiente manera: o Tipo de mueble -Marca-Nombre producto-Diseñador-Numeración o Ejemplo: -Silla-Cappellini-Hi Pad-Jasper Morrison-01 - La foto principal (que irá numerada con el 01) debe ser de 750x450 px sobre fondo blanco. - Los nombres de las imágenes no deben contener tildes, ni comas ni elementos extraños. ¡Es clave que el nombre de la carpeta del producto coincida exactamente con la columna “NOMBRE PRODUCTO”! NOTA: muchos catálogos ya tienen imágenes retocadas sobre fondo blanco, por lo que no haría falta retocarlas. Tengo la experiencia que necesitan, tanto en excel como en Photoshop. Ya he trabajado en soluciones de catálogos de productos en excel. Podria incluso enlazar las imágenes de la carpeta al mismo libro de excel y generar con macros catálogos dinámicos generando el catálogo requerido en pdf, por el mismo precio.
