PEN INK ILLUSTRATOR FOR SCREEN PRINTER

We are looking for a talented artist that can create pen and ink drawings from color photos and other media. The final product will be used to make printed t-shirts and must be black and white with any shading in halftone or cross hatch lines. I have attached examples of the type of work we need. All of these were made from photographs. Our in-house artist is overwhelmed and needs assistance. Only the most talented drawers need apply. Vector art is acceptable in some cases, but usually pen/ink is the best. If we find the right person and fees, we will be sending multiple works to complete weekly even daily at times. Looking for a fixed fee agreement per item regardless of detail. We usually charge our clients between $35-$50 per drawing so we must come in under those figures but this would be an ongoing relationship. I would send a photo to be converted to pen/ink as a trial of anyone is interested.
