Photorealistic 3D photomerge flag for catalog

Hello, I need to create some photorealistic picture of a flag for a catalog. The result should have: -Photorealistic quality -It should have the same feeling as the original picture -It should show stitching and fabric texture as a real flag You can decide which software/tool to use, but: -It should work on Mac OSX -You can use Adobe Creative Suite -You ask to use another freeware/opensource software This task is about creating a tool (a file/action/configuration/ecc) who, starting from a eps file, insert it in the background and render the final photorealistic image. Since I need to automate it, the action should work with a folder as origin eps and save the rendered images in another folder using the original base name.
