Photoshopping Glasses onto Portraits of Awesome People

I need someone to photoshop the attached glasses onto the faces of about 20 portraits of people. I would like the picture of the person to be zoomed in and cropped so it's only their head showing and if there is a little left over it should be a dark background. Also, I want the glasses to be in basically the exact same position (height) of every single cropped picture.
This is for a video I am creating where the faces are going to be changing rapidly but the glasses won't really be moving at all throughout the slideshow. They are the constant.
Please do one as a sample with the picture below. Whoever submits a satisfactory version first, gets the job!
