Web and Mobile app development team needed

Hello freelancers! We are working on a telecom related project that will have multiple parts and will be ongoing. Please read over the specification carefully before bidding. Concept: We are a company that is developing various web and mobile native apps in order to allow people to use their voice to accomplish various functions. These are: 1. Posting voice tags on Facebook, twitter, linked in and Youtube. 2. Conducting conference calls over a mobile phone with up to 150 people. 3. Providing enhanced voicemail services for mobile phone users. What we are looking for in a freelancer: 1. An established company. 2. You will have multiple developers that can work simultaneously as a team. 3. You will have enough talent and skill sets to develop all components in house. 4. You can develop for and support us long term. 5. Required skills: a. Advanced PHP b. MySQL c. Obj-C / Cocoa d. Java e. Ajax f. Comet g. CSS3 h. Javascript i. Mobile j-Query j. Asterisk To be developed: 1. APIs for all system functionality. All functions will depend on a REST API that will be written first before writing any native or web apps. All ongoing development will always ride on the API. 2. Developer’s API. This will allow developers to use the core API for their own apps. 3. Functionality for in-app purchases. We will offer most services free but need to upsell premium services. 4. Desktop website for company and all member functionality. 5. iOS iPhone native app. Will offer voice tagging, conferencing and voicemail. 6. Android Native app. Will offer voice tagging, conferencing and voicemail. 7. Revision of existing web based app. What has been developed so far: 1. Voice tagging mobile web app. This is written in PHP and works on mobile devices that support CSS3. We would like to enhance this web app with features such as Ajax push updates and faster response times. 2. Desktop conferencing site. Written in PHP. We are using a common database for the voice tagging and the conferencing. We would like to redo the conferencing site to better fit into the overall company strategy. Timeline: We would like to complete all parts of this project within 3 months. At 3 months we will be in beta phase and will conduct extensive testing before launching into full production.
