I need quotes, along with a timeline.
The focus is to turn a Radio Station website into a shopping / info site with a magazine flair that has a Radio portion to it.
Our target audience is women 25 – 54 +. Women are the number one opportunity for there advertisers. Everything we do should reflect women in a positive way.
We are looking for a dramatic departure from the look of a typical radio station website. Needs to look more like a magazine.

We can incorporate the “music” aspect of our current website. but doesn’t want it to be the driving message on the new site.
Require the following features:
Homepage should be reflective of the lives and concerns of Women in the South Valley. (Defined as Fond du Lac and Oshkosh)
We need the ability to include 12 – 20 information Centers (each Information center would have a sponsor)
Weather
Local and National News Page (with Summaries)
Movie Report and Local Entertainment Options
Kids Corner
Parenting tips
Safety Ideas,
nutrition ideas
Educational books and toys…. anything having to do with a positive impact on children)
Travel Ideas
Career
Beauty and Fashion
Girlfriend Chat Room and a Chat Room for the On Air Personality
Health Information
Music (which will pretty much incorporate all the Radio stations information and updates)
Shop the South Valley (Local Business Directory)

Track membership, and maybe a Phase 2 allow members to turn links on or off.

Database driven Administration Content Mananger for the News and Polls in each section/category.
Templates need to be designed so they can incorprate Banner and text advertising. Currently they are thinking I large banner, 2 smaller and some text ads. However it can be incorparted in a design the best.
Goals:
- Needs to be easy to use/navigate.
- Maintenance of the site needs to be easy.
- Designed using space wisely for advertising.
I need a time line for each module.
1. Website Designed and developed with full news Content management. News categpry / Sections to also be controlled from the content manager.
2. Banner Ad Management. Please price with accounting controls and without. I am not sure how they will do their billing at the moment.

I've found some pre programmed full scripts that accomplish everything, but I'd be installing 3-5 scripts. We'd prefer to see if Custom development is affordable. If you have any ideas on the project, please share them.
Develoment platform can be PHP, ASP, or Cold Fusion.
