Dynamic Web Charts and Data Presentation Programming

We are building a website that requires displaying country data from around the world in tabular and graphical formats. We have completed the user interface and system architecture and are looking for a skilled programmer/web developer that can build dynamic pages that display data with chart controls that are visually appealing and quickly rendered. AJAX is preferred but not a requirement. This is a medium sized business project that is on a tight timeframe. Project work will be done in phases based on approved sign off of key pages/components. The first phase includes developing page for a Country overview that displays key data. The site will display data from approximately 150 plus countries. Sample data is provided below for three countries for all data requirements. The first phase includes development of a single page with dynamic charts. The page will pull the following key items: · Country Name, Map, Flag, · Country Profile Data · Interactive chart pull down tool ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Platform: Windows 2000, SQL Server 2000, ASP .NET 1.1, AJAX, IIS 5
