Hourly/Full Time Web Designer/Artist work from Home job for .UA/.RU

Dauntless Software (at [[login to view URL]][1]) is a small company making software and web applications mostly for aviation. We work together as a team over the Internet / IM and take pride in making high quality products. We are currently looking for a web designer / artist to help us design and illustrate our products and sites. You need to have a creative and logical mind. Some programming experience is helpful as well, such as in ASP/ASP.net or, as a second choice, PHP. However, programming will not be your main job as we have programmers for that. Technical Skills: You must be an expert in Adobe Photoshop and in HTML / page design, preferably including DHTML, JS, and other similar technologies. You should show that you have designed modern, professional looking websites in the past. Print experience helpful, too. If you have some experience in VB6, that would be helpful, but not necessary. Other Skills: because this project involves website design in English, you must be able to write in English well. If you have an interest in aviation and airplanes, that would be excellent. You must be able to work independently and honestly. As I said, we work as a team, but because we are a small company it quickly becomes clear if somebody is not doing their job. So, plan on working hard, but you will have the benefit of a flexible schedule. You will work from home and should have a good internet connection, quiet place to work, and time to work. You will NOT be allowed to work on RAC or other projects while working for us. This is a FULL TIME position.
