Wen u ll c the website u ll get the idea. I m a web developer myself and i dont have much time to work on this projcet. The project should b done using ASP .NET with VB .NET. I just want the main website with advertiser and publisher thing. I ll integrate the ecommerce myself in the site so dont need to worry about integrating ecommerce. But all the code should b clear and plz make it using Visual studio .NET and explain the code. The time used for this project should b less then a month. If u have any questions u can ask but plz luk at the website first then ask.
