An ASP.NET developer needed to work "per hour" on a project that is a kind of a school/student management system initially developed as a classic ASP application .

## Deliverables
I have classic ASP website which acts like a kind of a "Student Management", a kind of a "Classroom Management" web based system.
This website connects to a MS SQL 2005 server database with around 20 tables.
I started rebuilding this website as an ASP.NET application using C#.
Since this is a project for which I cannot make a summary of the required functionality as well as I need to add new features and face lift I am looking for an ASP.NET developer to start working on this project on a "per hour" contract.
The project has the following specifics:
For each school registered into the database there is a sub-domain created like:
[[url removed, login to view]][1] Actually the sub domain name is kept into the database and there is a default database in IIS that is handling all requests to this website. The schools are kept into a table with their ID, name and some other details like logo etc?
For each school the system supports three types of users - school admin, teachers and students.
They authenticate with a username/password. All users are kept into a table.
Depending on the type of the user the website displays different menus.
The administrators have full control over the school. They can add new administrators, teachers and students.
There is a class scheduling system too with setting student/teacher attendance etc?
90% of the functionality is already available in the old ASP application. I started building the site skeleton and some basic templates but I am new to ASP and I am afraid that I won't be able to complete that accurately with enough proficiency.
I need a developer with experience in similar ASP.NET sites to work on this project under my guidance.
**I have the following additional requirements**
For the terms of this project I will need to implement Localization using global resources. The translation itself is not a subject of this project.
Themes - using App_Themes so that each school can place logo and "change look and feel" - I will provide the images and the visual design.
Security considerations - It is important to have the website developed keeping high security standards and make it "script injection proof".
Forms authentication should be used for authenticating users.
Clean and easy to read code is must.
When bidding on this project it is very important to provide links to sites you have developed under ASP.NET and C#.
During the project we'll communicate through Skype and I will document everything under VWorker. Payments can be made weekly or at any other interval suitable for you. You have to be able to spend between 10 and 30 hours per week on this project.
