GUI for image processing Graphical user interface o allows the user to choose a 24-bit bitmap file from the hard disk, o reads the file and records it as three arrays (for red, green and blue), o displays the image (always about the same size), o allows the user to enter processing settings, o runs an image processing program/function written in C++ with the arrays and the settings as the input (the code is provided by the buyer), o cleans everything afterwards, o displays the updated image provided by the program as an output, o displays the numerical information about the image provided by the program as an output, o allows the user to save the updated image, o allows the user to make the updated image a new original image to be able to run another round of processing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) In order for the buyer to be able to customize the GUI, there are following requirements: o The code should be in C++, o The code should be compilable with the rest of the program (i.e., the image processing function) in the Visual C++ environment, o The code should be easily readable, with thorough comments, o The code should be flexible and easily customizable in terms of adding text, adding and moving images, buttons, etc, o The code should include the option of running the program in a command line with the image and the settings as parameters. ## Platform Windows XP
