Gaming Website (Cheats/Hints/Saves)

**Further details now available here: [login to view URL]** We Require a fully working website with Admin content management for the sole purpose of Computer Games Cheats/Saves/Hints etc. Visitors should be allowed to search for information based on the games platform and also be able to submit information if they register for an account. (We're clearly looking for ideas and suggestions on what the account may be able to include). Any user submitted data should be marked and "pending" so an Admin can vet/check the submission before either making the data live or mark it as abusive/fake/etc and in turn sending the user who submitted the data an email confirming whatever action was done. We also want to be able to give out FREE voucher codes every week on our website so would need a way of revealing a small part of the voucher code every few hours or so. (this will need to be displayed on the main page without being intrusive) We're still putting ideas on paper but would really like input from coders in regards with what could be possible as our aim is to make a clean & fast website that will be free and with targeted none intrusive text ads. Please bare in mind that we do have a small budget for development costs but a good job will surely = future work for our chosen Coder as our site progresses. **Further details now available here: [login to view URL]** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Project is required to be written clearly in PHP5 (SVR V: 5.2.5) using the most efficient code methods where possible with comments details what each segment does so allowing for future edits/updates.
