Myself and a few friends are starting up a sort of not-for-profit travel weblog and need help with the coding. We have movable type 3.2 installed on dreamhost and rough sketches of the site done in photoshop, but need someone to implement it. We need very polished, nice looking templates for the site (two movable type blogs on one page, each with a slightly different setup), comment templates and archive templates made per our sketches, as well as some post-tagging functionality implemented (although this may be handled by the plugin we installed). We are not using categories, but rather tags. We'd also like to incorporate some sort of photo handling through Flickr, so images could be hosted in a flickr group and accessible in the sidebar - maybe an icon to our photo pool there, something like that. A few other things - anyone (non-authorized users) will need to be able to POST, not just comment, in one of the 2 weblogs, and posts will be held for administrative approval. The other weblog/stream will simply be an editorial content stream with the admins only posting. A sidebar may have some ads and a [url removed, login to view] badge/plugin. Also, the logo/masthead on the page will rotate with each pageload - we have 6 or 8 already made by a graphic artist, all the same size of course. We are open to using a student or overseas help as long as the person is English proficient. Time is not especially tight; that is, we are flexible on the finish date. ## Deliverables
A working site that is both attractive and usable, and consistent with our templates, using buttons and icons which we design and conforming to directions/sketches/drawings which we supply you, which we can later customize or alter if need be. The main site, archives etc. must all be in a ready-to-run state, without errors; we can handle the editing of display text ourselves, but the back end stuff is all up to you. We will be willing to pay later for continued support from time to time if necessary.
