Video Streaming on Windows Mobile Platform

Project: Video streaming on Windows Mobile 6 platform Description: The video streaming application needs to be developed on windows mobile 6 platform. The streaming of frames needs to be transmitted to the some application server. The streaming application should send the frames to the server and invokes the some function to transmit the frames. The code must adhere to all security and coding best practices. No hacking. The code must be professionally written so that it can be released commercially. The code must have well written comments for other programmers to understand. Programmer must have necessary tools to develop and test. We will only do acceptance testing. Programmer can write a generic stubbed C++ program. We will integrate with our code. I would like to have a conversation with Bidders to discuss the feasibility of the above and discuss acceptance criteria and test plan. This project likely lead to multiple other projects, if the bidder does a commendable job. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
