Website design using supplied theme or template

Existing template/design used to create a website. Search friendly URls required with metatags. Three parts Part 1 Using a pre existing design template which will be provided. Basic website pages using a cms type of arrangement whereby the client can use an administrative page or pages to add, edit or remove pages. Client should not need to use HTML editing tools to change, add or delete pages Facility to add link to new page to autogenerated menu with choice of where in menu new page link exists. If an existing CMS system can be used from the following list so much the better Drupal Geeklog Joomla Mambo Open Source PHP-Nuke phpWCMS phpWebSite Post-Nuke Siteframe TYPO3 Xoops Drupal is preferred but not mandatory Part 2 Part of site will be for web hosting sales. An existing site with all information will be migrated to this part of the new site. If part 1 can encompass or facilitate this that is ok If not new site should have the above template used in a section of the site. URL of existing site with ftp access will be provided to facilitate design. Sales/order processing software will be already present on site with a “Buy Now?? button just requiring to link to a relevant URL e.g. <[login to view URL]>with client able to specify while adding or changing page the url. Part 3 Forums As part of the site a user forum section, again using the same template but using forum software. phpBB2 SMF or preferred. A theme for the forum software to be created from the above template. Summary Create a website which has three distinctive parts but all with look and feel of supplied design theme. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
