CMS System like bandvista

I need a content management system with paypal worked into it for payment. The content management system must be in php/mysql and be able to update graphics, video, text, and a flash slideshow in several sections of the website. The cms system will be based on 4 website templates that users can pick from (I will design graphics for templates..just need rough layout). CMS is for several different users requiring a login and password area. Password must be email verified. The website will be similar to [login to view URL] however instead of paying for the website... customers will pay for added features such as the ability to add video or a slideshow. Artists should be able to post their music on the website up to four songs at no fee. 10 or more will have a fee based on 10 song increments. There will be a music store added however that is another project for another day! Adding text and photos will be non paying features. Slideshow should be based in flash and will be a payed feature. Video will also be a paid feature. 5 video per incremental charges. Please provide a simple flow chart of website when you bid showing paid areas and nonpaid ares so I know we are on the same page with project. _________Important________ I will generate any custom graphics needed. I must be given all source code at end of project. You may not use any flash or php in existence. We want ownership of all code on this project.
