Corporate Website

I am looking for a web designer with good history and experience to develop a company website. The comany will partly be a web hosting reseller company, therefore the site should be capable of searching for domain names, taking orders for domain names(no online payment). In addition the site will have a customer care webpage where customers can report faults or queries. Strong design skills to aid marketing the company's price plans are essential inorder to strategically and attractively present/highlight the price plans for hosting and webdesigning.(You will probably know what i mean if u visit webhosting/designing sites) On certain webpages You will be required to produce and include graphic animations (Flash) and also still graphics to aid/enhance users understanding of the concept/subject of these webpages and also to add life to the webpages The comapny logo and texts to go on the site will be supplied to the successful bidder and would probably amount to about 15 - 20 webpages to go on the site which includes prepared tables. Opportunity exists for sucessful bidder to make future modifications to the site if an excellent job is done in the first instance. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Site should be able to be hosted on a linux platform.
