Help with adding a small flash game (allready made) to facebook + functionality to post on players wall

Hi, I can code in AS3 in flash and create small games. But.... I don't find how I should add my little games onto facebook and give the possibility to do some interaction with facebook. For example, I have a small game called "REACTION TIME". Its very small since it only displays a green light onscreen and then when the light changes at random time to red, the flash app measures how fast user reacted by clicking on the light. Very simple but its also just intended So what would I actually want. I mostly want HELP, information on how I should do it. I can pass the code (flash cs5) for the game, but the game itself is very small and simple. The only things which I would like to have is 1) That my flash application can know the user ID of the person playing + retrieve the profile picture of that current user 2) That I can post a message onto the wall of the user playing my game. Messages like <SOME PICTURE> USERNAME reached level 5 in <GAMEURL> Where of course I can also set the url of such pictures to show 3) If possible it would be nice to be able to retrieve a list of friends + their profile picture too. Thats about it. So I have the flash game, I just need information/help to make it facebook aware. So info on how to put it onto facebook (I have my own hosting for the files) + info on how to implement the official adobe facebook as3 api to interface.
