Logo design and flash banner

Hi, I am in need for a logo designer, i have several ideas on how it should look like but dont have the artistic skills to make one that i am satisfied with on my own. Therefor i am looking for sombody that will design both a logo as a website banner in flash/Swish for me. The name is Giwa which means elephant. So i am looking for something that combines a African Elephent together with techonolgy. **I will not go by offer although price does influence my final desission, but more importantly the one that sends me the best design will stand the highest change of receiving the job. I also want to urge you not to use any excisting images from other website and/or the use of paid/unpaid for clipart. This design should be unique.** Hope to hear from you all. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
