Need a flash logo designed and implemented

I'm not a flash expert but this is what I need! Go to [login to view URL] and look at the logo. Then go to [login to view URL] and look at the flash animation on the right side of the header. I am looking for the circles around the Platinum logo to do the same thing. The logo will be bigger but that is exactly what I need. I need this to look very professional and I need the person I hire to be creative enough to come up with a solution for this website. Once the swf object is designed, I will need it to be embedded into the Wordpress file.
