user interactive house simulation for facebook app

i need a user interactive home simulation for a facebook app. the features should be similar to the functionality of this My New Room Game- the user would not be stationary in the home like in this game. "My New Room" is similar because it allows the user to click in an interactive home with windows, doors and walls. [url removed, login to view] The home should have three rooms, and two bathrooms with all appliances, fixtures (toilet, sink, kitchen sink, etc.) the user would walk through, or travel and click on different items in the house. nothing will happen, but the user will be able to identify and select an object. (later in development the user will interact with the item selected.) there will be no human in the home. the human is not walking through the home. the screen will walk to the user through the home and into user selected selections of the home and rooms. the house does not need to be elaborate. plain walls. plain colors. it is not a large house. it is one story. it does need to have easily identifiable fixtures and appliances. i will require that i test the home simulation, and it does not need to be facebook-ready yet- as long as it is functional. the code will become the complete and unlimited property of simpel industries, co. and the coder forfeits all rights to the code related to this business transaction. i am in the miami area and am inclined to hire a programmer in the miami area. i would request to meet the programmer and work closely on other projects throughout the development phase if the coder can produce satisfactory and quality results. this initial task should be completed within 30 days preferably before 14 days. quality of work will determine future hire of coder for the next phase. thank you. alex g.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

this interactive home simulation code must be ready to accept new code to elaborate on the existing home simulation. this code must be compatible with facebook's api code or any other applicable code that facebook requires for facebook app integration, etc. it is obviously a code that is going to be compatible with all browsers. the code can be compared to that of farmville.
