Business Manager We are the parent company of many specialized business sites ranging from online stores, electronic recycling sites, B2B marketplace sites, etc. Right now we are looking for long term partner for Business Manager position who can manage and develop the business. One Main Skill that you need to have is you need to have a very good entrepreneur skill to develop the business to the maximum potential. The business itself is very potential. In short, the product is great and a rising star - it just need a great man to manage it. Summary: This will be good part time job (for first time) for those of you that have good entrepreneur skill and looking to sharpen your business/marketing mind also looking for long term partnership. You will be partner with us with this store among of hundreds of online store that we planned to made. Instead of hourly rate paid, you also will get a profit sharing from us and opportunity to manage other stores as best as you can. Take this as if you are manager of several franchised restaurant. Your job is to drive traffic and to maintain & develop the customer & business to it's maximum. It's also a MUST that you can consider yourself as internet marketer entrepreneur or affiliate manager Job Description: 1. Manage and develop store to it's maximum. 2. Set short term goal and long term goal and reach that goal according to the goal plan. 3. Increase profit and revenue month to month 4. Maintain and develop the traffic (customer) that come to be regular customer and persuade them to give mouth to mouth advertising using any tools available like newsletter/social media/etc. 5. Maintain our relationship with customer such as emails, social media (facebook/twitter/etc) and newsletter campaign. 6. Able to give creative idea of good marketing plan with budget prediction. 7. Manage every order comes and send the order to the staff. 8. Maintain/edit/optimize the website/landing page/social page of the store Benefit: 1. Minimum receive as low as $100/month. 2. Commission up to $10,000 when the campaign is success (FYI, we've raised $100k from previous campaign) 3. Opportunity to get up to $3000/month per store (if reach the store's target) 4. Opportunity to manage other stores as much as you can. Requirements: 1. Speak and write very good English (American) as you will receive inbound call/chat/etc. 2. Good Entrepreneur skill and creative. 3. It's a MUST that you are internet marketer. You know how's affiliates, ad networks, email marketing, etc work. 4. Able to give periodically reports and updates 5. Able to give fast response and ready to be contacted whenever needed. 6. Know the basic of HTML/CSS, photoshop. You will be required to edit the pages/sites when necessary although it should be only basic edit. 7. Able to hire and manage other freelancer when necessary. 8. Have at least 5 years experience in internet business. Please note that we are an agile company. We are lean, mean, and fast moving. We are not looking to partner with big, process laden mammoth organization where any required overtime needs 15 forms to fill and 3 director approval.
