Video Dating Website

We are looking for professional to create video online dating site, including design, database and set up website with our host. Must have excellent graphic design skills, experience in content management system and membership websites. We need someone with good eye who can give as advice if we omit something or you think should be there. It really does not matter is it Wordpress or flash as long as it is easy to operate. We already know how the website should look like, colors, layout, etc. We will send jpgs of designed pages with our notes. They are designed in a way so you could see what we want, however you will have to do the coding, all graphics and get few icons. Website should have integrated Twitter and Facebook. Hosting is done by HostGator. WE NEED A GREAT CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM! Some of the features: - Members compatibility, based on answers from registration form we have prepared. - Autimated PM to newly registered members, to members when they have been contacted, reminders about account expiration, etc. - online store - 1 free and 5 paid membership levels. Free members will have different access to paid members - At least three website users. For example: 1) Superadmin - Will have full control over website - full control over membership, access to members profile, deleting accounts if necessary and more. - Have full control over Contributor and Guest User and track their movements - Will be able to edit, create, add new fields, categories and delete already existing ones in registration form, etc. - upload photos, videos, articles, etc. 2) - Will be responsible for Web development and changes on the website - NO access to members profile, their personal information and membership management 3) Guest User - Will have access to post articles, make comments, post Events and write on Forum Members - Can create their profile by filing registration form that we designed - They will have access to Settings where they can edit their profile and make changes - Will decide which of their information and uploaded photos and videos will be private, public or confidential - Can find each other by location, age, children, headline in their profile, by using keywords, etc - Will be able to comment, and share website articles - Will have access to Forum, post and search Forum by topic - Can post an Event visible for everyone - Members can add each other to favorites, send emails, chat, video call - Can notify rules breaking users Any questions?
