Hello Sir, I have developed this in past, even much more than what you want. Its a clone of Sendblaster you can say, if you like to use it then we can discuss on this. If you are not happy with the offer I talked above then I will build it from scratch and it will be a .Net windows or web application which compose email based on template and send it to email API (like sendgrid or mandrill or mailgun). Dynamically changing the input fields based on the type of Template selected 4. Replace the tokens in the template with the input variables 5. A preview feature about the final template before sending the mail I have designed a simila solution using SendGrid in the past and very keen about implementing this too.
