PSD to WordPress/BuddyPress theme -- PixelPerfect w/ latest webstandards

Hello, I'm looking for a developer to take my PSD's to WordPress in a 100% pixel perfect format following WP guidelines as well as using the latest web standards and without errors. Below is my full list of requirements for the job and images of the PSD's that I have.
You may use any 3rd party plugins to help with your job, such as an ajax based login that throws the proper authorizations and so on.
++++ REQUIREMENTS ++++
1. You must use the latest web standards -- HTML5 and CSS3, using advanced techniques where possible.
2. Responsive, it must fit resolutions of 1920x1080p and below. The design
3. W3C Valid with NO JS/HTML errors, missing resources etc.
5. PixelPerfect -- It must match my PSD's.
6. Integrate my CodeCanyon purchases such as UberMenu + icon extension, PixGridder, VisualComposer etc.
7. Following WP Guidelines, such as being widgetized, can use shortcodes etc.
8. The design must be done from Scratch (not a child theme) or we can choose one from [url removed, login to view] and you can reskin/template it accordingly as they are well done templates vs's the crap ones that are stock with WordPress
9. It must be integrated correctly with BuddyPress and BBPress.
10. You will first, correctly pixelperfect code the HTML/CSS, including all the JS so that I know this theme will be correctly integrated into WP, no questions asked. Once that is complete, we'll move on to the WP integration
