HTML website with CMS editor

I need a bid for a large website design. I want one price for the entire project, but I would also like to see prices for each of the areas of the site listed below. The site must include the following:

-The site should be made using ASPX and have a CMS editor. It is necessary to be able to edit text and picture through the online CMS. Pictures editing should support animated gifs as well.

-The site is for a charity. It must have an interface to give donation online with all major credit cards.

-Ability to track hits, minutes pages are viewed, link follow through, etc…

-Site needs to be designed with Search Engines in mind and optimize headings and Titles, etc…

-An online calendar application that can be updated through the CMS.

-Create password protected areas of the site. The site will have 3 levels of security, level 1, level 2, level 3. Every page will be assigned a security level and each user account will also be assigned a security level. Level 3 security users are permitted to see Level 1-3. Level 1 security users are only permitted to see level 1 pages. Level 3 will be administrator level accounts with the ability to create accounts and reset passwords.

-Users need a form creation application that allows them to build forms that are formatted to print on 1 page.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

The website should work with all major web browsers including IE, fireworks, and safari. It should also work on MACs and PCs.
