We are looking for a new look, substantial functionality improvement, we would like to be able to drive users to the site take advantage of advertising. The site is focused on having people, artist, designers, companies, entertainers, create content for use by users. All content that goes up on the site has to be approved before posting (posting cue). The current focus of the creation is to have other users; people who want to get organized with UniKeep binder products (cd dvd A5 A4, US sizes and International sizes)??" really just about everyone from collectors, fans of entertainers, businesses, home owners, on and on and on. The ability to use design functionality in the future to have users pick art, automatically size it for an output (UniKeep cover), add graphics and text and then output to a printer or a vendor site (Fed-x Kinkos, Staples, Office Depot) through an affiliate program would be great. ## Deliverables 1) We are looking for Design and creation of our web site and we must know that the programmer designer team understands what we want so a full proposal is required. This will be a hosted solution. We are looking for ongoing support (maintenance contract for 1 year) for the site and want to sell products through a link to the [login to view URL] site. 2) Complete and fully-functional great looking working web site including complete indexing, searching, user interaction, space for advertising our products and other products or sponsors products. Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be able to be uploaded to FTP and then installed by the Buyer in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform This is a web based web site
