Adding Videos features into my Wordpress website

I am looking for a wordpress programmer expert not just technically but also good at design as well. I have a wordpress template that I would like to integrate to my existing website. I want posted videos be seen on mobile devices The wordpress website I am using uses wordtube, which is flash based. Add self hosted video into the website You are just integrating a sectional part from each template, and not the entire templates.
