Candidate Management System

Candidate Pool We are a recruitment agency. Currently our candidate database is managed in MS Excel. We want to move to a web based software, with MySQL database, to manage our candidate database more professionally, which will be used in an intranet environment. We are looking at using Wordpress. Users must be able to login and manage candidates from front-end. Administrator must be able to manage candidates from back-end. Should have the following features: #Must have a vertical menu on the left. #The Vertical Menu must have the following features: -Candidate- Add Candidate Profile (list of criteria's / fields will be supplied later) Edit Candidate Profile (search for a candidate and edit) Add Comment (search for a candidate and add a comment) View Comments per Candidate (search for a candidate, and list comments) - Must be able to print Contact Candidate (search for a candidate and show contact details) - Must be able to print Screen Candidates (link to Advance Search) -Add New Fields- Add Category Add Gender Add City and more (list will be supplied later) #The HOME PAGE must have a table grid that lists the candidates in the database (ie. Name, Surname, File Number, ID Number, Date Registered). Show maximum 20 candidates per page, must be able to navigate forward and backwards (with pagination). Table grid must have boolean search to find a specific candidate name or other search criteria like ID Number, click on candidate, open candidate profile page, edit, and save. #ADD CANDIDATE - Have an option to add a candidate. (list of criteria's / fields will be supplied later). Add Candidate button above Table Grid. #ADVANCE SEARCH BOX - Have an option to do advance search with specific criteria's.(Show list of candidates that match the search criteria - Name, Surname, File Number). Must be able to print the list. Advance Search button above Table Grid. Must be able to export and import candidate profile in bulk through MS Excel CSV file. Website design must be clean.
