A Login form and a design of DIV

I need a freelancer designer who can code imaginative stuff with cool colors. Please check the requirements for more information. There will be 4 milestones in the project. 1. milestone is the design of the div. 2. milestone is the standard login form. 3. milestone is facebook connect part and grabbing information about the user. 4. milestone is the final one, merging the first three milestones. ## Deliverables I need a web site which includes following: **1. A login system will be provided. The login system includes 2 parts. A facebook connect and a standard login.** When user decides to use the standard login system, the user has to sign up first with a minimal sign up form. (Email address, name, birthday, gender and a password is enough for now). A confirmation mail will be sent to this mail address. User can login to the system after he confirms via his email. He can then login to the system with this email and password. The login system will has its own security for like sql injection and other stuff. The login system will has also its own forgot password system. The system should not send the password to the email. If the user forgets his password, an link should be sent to his email. The user clicks on it and it should ask a security question. If the answer is correct then a new password should be created from scratch again and sent to the users [login to view URL] user then can change his password on the web site. When user decides to connect via facebook, I need all kind of possible information about his facebook profile, like his email address, picture, friends (especially this), his last (a couple if possible) status, last posts, his likes, dislikes and stuff. The email address and these information will be saved in a ySQL database. A password creation link should be sent to the users email. If the user clicks on this link, he can then login to the system with this email address using standard login form, as well as with the facebook connect. (If possible, if the user connects via facebook, the system should grab his spouse information if he is married) The login system will be in a stylish modern design like in [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or like these web sites. **2. After logging in, the user can change his information, such as his picture, his password, his name, his social network accounts (not with his password, like a link) and other information.** The user CAN select his spouse(s) from his facebook friends if the user is married. **3. Two kinds of stylish divs will be coded.** a. First kind of div has only the user. Div shows users picture and his possible information that fits in the div (use your imagination) b. Second kind of div has the user and his spouse(s) if he is married or married before. Again use your imagination to find a way to show the user and his spouse(s). Also dont forget a user can have more than one spouse. (like one dead or divorced and married to another) There is no requirements like the div should be like this or that. I need a stylish div that shows the user info. Imagination is yours. When the user clicks on the div, show the user info somehow on the same page. It would be great if you could send me a clear good stylish example web site. Note: You can use only JQuery latest version. PHP and MySQL will be used.
