Joomla customisation work

1)Email sending to selected/all emails at once in the frontend records list page. This will be a button where person will click and after that there will be a popup and then tenants will select the records and click send to send email to group of people. For Example: When you go to the following page, [login to view URL] Yoy see on the end of page something saying "Contact relevant estate agents & new homes developers Send a message to agents and developers matching your search for in using the box below" I need similar sending box on the bottom of list page where users can select the records and send message once at a time.
