Looking for Joomla expert developer to work on web portal

We are an IT services company based out of Bangalore, India. We are working on developing a web portal in Joomla. We already have a team of 1 Web architect + 1 UI designer + 1 QA engineer working on this project. We are looking to augment this team with an expert Joomla developer who can help speed up the development process.
