Web Site Theme Design and/or Graphics Design

**Summary Requirement** This project is split into two requirements; Designing a web site theme for actinic e-commerce software and designing the sites graphics. Freelancers may tender for; 1. Graphic Design Only 2. Web Site Theme and Graphics Design Preference will be given to freelancers undertaking both web site template and graphic design. ***Graphical Design*** This part of the project is to provide graphical design and production of images for the new online gift store. A site logo is required along with site name with a tag line. Two banners are required to be used in banner advertising. A number of store department or category images are also required. In addition all images are also required to be provided in seasonal formats, for Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Valentines days, and mother’s day. The business also operates on eBay and requires a logo and company name images to be branded for eBay. ***Web Site Theme ***The store will use Actinic Developer 6.1.4. A basic store theme is required which incorporates the graphics designed, which can be imported into Actinic. Full details are provided in the attached file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
