Our company is a web design / programming company located in the United States called Blue Web Visual What we are looking for: - "Back-end provider" web development companies who can work for us in a long-term relationship - At this time we are mainly in need of work that relates to web programming although we may need design work as well - Our company will be able to provide continuous work for your company, in the past we have had arrangements where we pay based off the company providing us with a full-time employee to do our projects, we may start off with either the equivalent of 1 employee or possibly more than 1 - All payments are made directly to your company, so we are not actually putting any of your employees on our pay-roll - We would like you to quote to us a monthly salary figure (in your local currency) that you can provide us with for the equivalent of 1 full-time programmer working for us (we will be able to get a good idea of the rates from this) - We are looking for a long-term relationship as our business is expanding and we will be adding more and more work in the coming future and are looking for reliable and qualified companies to work for us.
