You are bidding to perform work on 2 of my websites. I must have this work completed within 5 days. I will escrow the full amount once project begins and only release the full amount once project is completed 100% The site is written in PHP on a MySql server. I am ok with you using ajax with php for additional functions to make functionality more user friendly.

- Please see attached screen shots. File named "11(2)" is the current client management software theme. I need the features, functions and navigations incorporated into a new theme similar to screenshot named "new" I will provide you with how to list them in the menu and sub menu. Site must function the same just in new theme.
- I have a completed client management system that allows you to add sub admins, create invoices, manage customers, send email, etc. I need to beable to create an account for an company that will create a database and provide them with their own duplicated copy of my client management software. when an account is created it will allow the company to go in to their system and add/remove their own invoices, sub admin users, calendar events, etc. Basically should be setup where I can create multiple seperate CMS systems for different companies to use to store their own customer info. So basically the user would have their own system. Needs to have the ability to create thousands of dulplicated client management systems as there will be thousand of different compnies.

- Referral page: I need a form where the user can put their name, email and phone and the name and email of up to 5 friends they would like to refer. When they submit the form it will store all the information in the admin under referrals and show a status as pending under each referred person. the system will generate a referral number for each person. Their will be a referral email template that I can edit the subject and body. The email will include a referral code generated by the system and indicate for the student to enter the referral code when registering. on the registration form their will be a referral code field, where the customer can put the code. when the code is entered and payment is successful the system will generate an email to the admin advising the customer who signed up and who referred them, in the admin it will update under the original customer and show the status paid under the person they referred. the admin can then mark next to the referred persons name "completed" to show the admin has confirmed this.
- When a customer pays for a membership their is a field to show if the payment has been made successful which is not working, make the pending update to paid if the customer paid successfully
- in admin area admin should be able to suspend or activatea user account from admin panel.
- Create a tab in admin called "Reminder" where i can create an email template (ckeditor) with subject and body. Then setup a cron job, any users who have not logged in within 30 days, it will send them and email using the premade template
- I have a folder that can be accessed out side of my members website, I need it where it can only be accessed if the member logs in to he members website.
- If someone registers but does not complete payment, i want a tab called "nonpayment" in admin with a email template (ckeditor) that will automatically email them using the template, if they dont complete their payment for registration
- When the customer pays the system is suppose to send them a welcome email, create a tab called "welcome" and make an email template (ckeditor) where I can edit the subject and body of the email, which will be used as the welcome email and have it send after succesful payment. the email also needs to include the customers login user id/password generated from the system.
- on the confirmation page ([url removed, login to view]) their suppose to be able to put the paypal receipt number and it will resend their usrname/password, i want to change it where they can just type in their email instead and it will resend their login info
- right now a person can sign up for a membership via paypal, I need there to be membership levels that can be set by the admin. When creating each membership level I need the ability to check/uncheck each navigation menu saying if it is included with the membership level. I also need to beable to specify for that membership level if it only bills once or if it is a subscription billing the customer once then again in X amount of months via paypal, creating a subsctription in paypal
- On the website the navigation menus are on the left side, I need the navigation menus on the left to be installed at the header with a different navigation style similar to the attached image "menu2" still keeping the same function. I can add menu and sub menu, I need to also beable to create sub/sub menus. In addition I need the iframe made bigger to take up the entire bottom part of the page.
- In one of the sections on my website (see attached screenshot (COURSE_SHOT)there are a selection of navigation buttons (will call 1-5) that they have to click in order to reach the last (button 5) and one does not provide access till the previous was clicked(so you have to click 1 to beable to click 2). right now the buttons on that page will say (1-5) will remember where the user was but if they exit the browser and reopen it will start them from scratch and they have to click on the first all over again to access the next (2, etc) FUNCTION NEEDED: I need the system by their log in information to remember where they left off and as they continue through the navigation the system will remember. Leading up to the last button (5) Once they click the last button i need the system to remember by their logged in account that the user can no longer access all the remaining previous buttons (1-4) and once exits button (5) can no longer be acessed again by the user and will display a message on the top of the buttons statiing "Course Completed" in red
- button 5 allows the user to type their name and click submit which opens an html page that prompts them to print the page. FUNCTION NEEDED: I need them on the previous page to also beable to enter their email where they would like a copy sent and when they click submit it will do the same but also email them a pdf copy of the printed page.
- on the bottom of the same page with the buttons i have a flash player playing a swf file. I need the system to only show the player to the user once. after they navigate away from the page it will not play the swf file unless they play it.
