PHP Driven E-Book Store, Design Ready, Now you Make it work!

Hello everyone, Our new company sells e-books and guides and on the internet and has recently branched out to selling them directly on our website. What we would like to do is offer a membership service, as well as a purchase-by-the-book service. We'd like everything scripted and nice and neat for convenience and ease. Here's some what of what we'd like done, and by all means; if you have a good idea, share; the more you sound like you know what your doing, or the more you sound like you can do what we want; the better chance you have of getting hired!! Features: Script our website, preferably in PHP or CGI. Design Membership Signups at a fixed price, payable through PayPal. There will be two different memberships right now, E-Guides, and E-Books. Each a certain price. We want a whole signup script created for the user to signup with a username, and password, they must enter various other information as well of course; and after signup; they are to be provided an option of Paying through PayPal (with an Instant "Pay Now" Button) or pay through Money Order, which will be another button, leading them to a page descrbing how to do that. Upon signing up, they are also to be emailed with a confirmation email with their username, pass, a welcome message, etc, and need to "Confirm their account before accessing the Members Library" by logging in and entering their Confirmation Code; which they will receive after they pay. It would also be great if this was automated, that all members signups are on a certain page, and on that page will have a button to "Send Confirmation Code" for when they pay so that email can also be an automated quick thing. The Confirmation code should just be randomly made up, 8 characters letters and numbers, this allowing the user to have an account, but not be able to use it until paying. We'd also like the Members Libraries designed. Basically, a script that shows the library as a table, with the book name, a description, and a ## Deliverables download link to their e-book or e-guide. What I'd like on the admin area of this library end (their will be 2 libraries, one for e-books, one for e-guides), for the ADmin Area I'd like to be able to easily add ebooks or e-guides to the page, could be a simple "Add Item:__________" field, and a "Add Description:______" field with "Download Link:______" field. And have that *add* that to the database/library automatically updating the library page with the e-book or e-guide. Now naturally, the better the coder does this, the more professional, the more they will be tipped in a bonus at the end; I'm looking for a great coder who does it well and makes its nice and easy for us; it doesn't have to be beautiful; but should atleast make things easy. I'll throw this in here too; if somehow that Admin area could also help create the Preview Library (all users can view this, basically, its all the inventory like in the actual library where they can download, except; they can't actually download); what we'd like on this is the option for the user to Buy this Now through PayPal; etc; with Add to Cart options or Buy Now instantly option. So this page should include book name, description, with price, and then buy buttons. This is basically completely different from the other page, but if the coder could somehow configure the admin section to update Both THAT page for people to buy books individually, and the page for members who can download all of them; that would be good. Or Perhaps even; their could be one page, one control panel, to enter all the information; have it update that one page. That one page could contain the Book Name, Description, Add to Cart Option (paypal), Buy it Now option (Paypal), Price, or "Members Download This NOW!" option, where when a member with a confirmed account clicks that, a dialog opens asking them for their username and password; if they enter an account that has been confirmed, then the download starts, if they enter one that is Waiting to be confirmed, they are alerted of this; otherwise; taken to a Access Denied Page. As you can see; we are thinking as we go as well; so we will rely on the coder a lot to help us get this off the ground and make it work; nice , neat, and clean. The main goal also is to make things automated and easy for adding to our inventory/libraries and allowing people to buy and download them. And don't forget about the "Tracking" system that will track the users with Waiting, or Confirmed accounts, and will send out confirmation codes and confirmation emails when needed, etc. Thanks for looking!
