PHP/Flash Menu editor

PHP Menu editor Develop the PHP web page the will permit a user to edit a pulldown menu system. Using this existing flash based menu system control, [login to view URL] we need an application that permits user to edit a menu. We would like the basic features of 1) Add a new top level 2) Add menus to the top level 3) Add submenus 4) Edit/Delete any menu The menus can be multiple levels. The flash control reads a xml file. The result of edit menu would be a new xml file. When you bid, please provide written designs for how the User Interface design would work. Any html technique to make it intuitive for the user is encouraged. For example Frames or Iframes, javascript etc. If you believe that making changes to the flash code would be appropiate please provide your suggestions. The author of the flash control is not very helpful so if you have questions about the control please send them to me.
