289613 User Based Online Raffle Scrip

Seeking a seasoned programmer to either develope or alter an existing raffle script for an online raffle community. The script will be used to assist various non profit organization conduct raffles and should resemble the layout, catagories. the user should be able to: I Would prefer the developer to alter this script to keep the production time down as well as the cost. User features: (Not in script....must be altered) Sign up and post New, used items to be raffled. User should be able to upload pics of iteme to be raffled, Proposed shipping charges. weight and Delivery carrier. User should have the option to donate percentage to charitable organization. User should have the selection option to raffle off item in one of the following ways. ** Once predetermined time has arrived with out regards to amout of tokens collected. **OR Once requested token amount is satisfied. **OR Once user defined expiration date has arrive giving all proceeds to a user chosen Non profit entity from a list generated by Admin. User will be asked the original purchase price of item, current value and raffle amount the are seeking in order to assign the token value the raffle. Requested Raffle amount will be divided into "tickets" in the equivilent of (1) US dollar for each token. When users' raffle amount has been reached with the amount of tickets or predetermined date, script will randomly pick one of the users to award the prize. Script will notify the winner and the Raffle lister via email and give them instructions for delivery of raffled item. **Raffle participants Must purchase tickets in order to participate in the raffle. (Use token to participate)(Free to browse) Buyers will view the home page and see latest items up for raffle, categories list showing number of current raffles in each category,List of Non profit organizations that can benefit donations if user choses to elect one. Once user has selected the item page showing the raffle they are iterested in. page information should resmble an ebay type layout with all the information about the user, the item, larger pictures and multiple pictures, Description, amount of ticket sold for this raffle. total amount of tickets needed to be sold before raffle ends, Or Predetermined set date to pick winner of raffle. If the poster of the raffle decides to give all or a percentage to a notable charity percentage of donation and charity name to be listed on raffle page. Those that do assign a percentage to a notable charity will get "fist page featured listing status" over those posting raffles that do not select a charity. The higher percentage donation equals the higher ranking in the categories list first page. When viewers see a raffle they should be able to "send this link" to a friend that may want to join the raffle as well. There should be a link code generator on there so if the item poster wants to generate a link to that page, the can post link in forums, free classifieds,,olx,kijiji or where ever to generate traffic directly to their own raffle. Must work the same as youtube links work. Here are a list of the features that are on a $25.00 script that can be purchased online. Disable image verification on any part of the site. Search through the user database, using a variety of information. Suspend/Unsuspend users for any set amount of time. Create as many raffles as wanted with a click of a button. Raffles completely customizable. The admin can set the duration, ticket price, percentage of user's who win, percentage of profits that will be given away, etc. Randomly or manually choose winners. Easy to manage support system. Add categories to "Support Ticket" section. Add questions/answers to the Frequently Asked Questions section of the website. When the Admin answers a support question he/she can choose to have the question/answer submitted to the FAQ database! Display and close idle accounts. Display list of winners who need to be paid, once the Admin pays a user, the winners name is deleted from the list. Display how much money in the Admin's PayPal account, is due to individual user deposits (in order to purchase tickets). Security Features Security is a very important aspect of a website. This script makes sure that website's users and the owners are safe: Passwords requests can only be made once every 10 minutes (this number is editable). Users must pass image verification in order to login, request password, signup, and submit a ticket. This prevents programs from spamming the website or performing combinatory password attack (in an attempt to gain a user's password). Script has been tested and secured against SQL injection. Every user inputted value is filtered before anything is done with it. Users can view the number of failed login attempts for their account within the past 24-hrs. Site cookies are encrypted.
