Simple Video Capture Pages for someone who knows what they are Doing

This is a Super Easy Project for someone who knows what they are doing. There are 2 separate quick projects. The video embed codes will be provided from youtube and all you do is plug them onto the page. Then i need 1 new capture page built and (potentially 4 more later for my team updating the videos adding their names and autoresponders.) Here are some Videos of how I want it to look.
