This has not happened again, but the process needs review o Free shipping coupon is deducting $24 not $4. This needs to be checked § FYI: We sent a July 4th eMailing to the ACC membership offering free USPS shipping in addition to their membership discounts. They were given a coupon code 742010FS to enter into the shopping cart. That coupon is created on the ACC Admin site under the drop down box “Coupons.” It seemed to be working fine – except an order that credited $24 (instead of $4) for free USPS shipping – making the credit card transaction a total for $1.55. o Order details are not being transmitted to the PSSCMI fulfillment house properly (one of the attachments is blank), and the details are not being registered on the Admin Site – But the details are all present in the confirmation email to the buyer. These are attached here - an email to PSSCMI is automatically generated and contains two attachment – “H” attachments contain all the “buyer” info and the “D” attachments the product to be shipped. Attached are two sets – a good one and an empty one. o Membership issues – § The Welcome New Member email leaves the ID: blank and Puts “rita10” in the password. Sometimes. The correct ID and password are on the admin site. But two memberships do not have either IDs or Passwords. We tried to input these directly using the Edit function on the Members Admin site and only the ID saved, not the password. The code for this process needs to be checked. When it is approved, take it live.
