I need joomla site upgrade from 1.5 to 3.0 and other work done in 8 hours time..

I'll pay $100 for this work. Need it done in the next 8 hours. 1. I need the upgrade from joomla 1.5 to 3.0. Use Xcloner for security purposes I put the joomla files on my server, (NOT INSTALLED) my client gave me, and you'll install them on my server. 2. Some images aren't showing. I need that fixed. So go through each page to make sure pictures all load, any that are not loading see why and see if you can resolve it. 3. I need security upgrades added. a. math captcha on 3 pages. b. Require First name to have atleast 1 letter and can't have any numbers or symbols in them c. Require Last Name to have atleast 2 letters and can't have any numbers or symbols in them d. Require phone number to be 10 digits and can't have an letters. c. Make those and all email required fields. Note so need that on signup page, seems to be aspx page which I don't get that needs that. There may be another page to add these validators. Oh and login page needs math captcha. 4.
