133323 Ten minutes job

Hello guys. This is a very simple project. I need someone to install and teach me how to install the article dashboard article directory script. I give you the script and you have to install it and then teach me how I can do it myself. Also you have to tell me what I should use ( windows with ASP or linux with PHP ). I preffer linux with php if that is the best way to do it. Won't spend more then 10$ for this one as it is a really basic thing. Please tell me in PBM if you have done it before ( also the ones that know how I can change the graphics in the site have more chances to be selected ). Additional scripts to be installed will be given to the winner ( for extra $ of course ).
